Is there a limit on how many customers I can manage?
No. Customers are unlimited, and there is no charge for records, messages or storage.

Yes. The Retention Center lists customers at risk, due to renew and gone quiet, with the value at stake, and follows them up on WhatsApp automatically.
Can I import my existing customers?
