Why we built Brakett
Nigeria runs on service businesses — salons, studios, coaches, tutors, clinics — and most of them run on DMs, notebooks and memory. The bookings arrive, but the follow-up slips: the regular who quietly stops coming, the plan that expires unnoticed, the balance that never gets requested. That's real revenue leaking out of real businesses every month.
Brakett is our answer: one calm place for bookings, payments and customer relationships, with the follow-ups handled automatically — on WhatsApp, where Nigerian customers already are. No money left on the table.
How we work
We build boring, dependable software: priced in Naira, paid through Paystack, honest about what it does. Customer payments settle directly to each business's own bank account — Brakett never takes a cut of sales. Personal data is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, and our policies are published in plain language.
